Applecreek Orchards Kentucky
Bourbon Marinade is concentrated with spices, use
sparingly. Use as a marinade for steaks, roasts, ribs,
brisket, chicken, pork, chops, fajitas, stir fry, or
shrimp. If you need more flavor add more marinade.
Chicken Stir Fry
Place
2 chicken breasts, cubed, with 1/4 cup of Applecreek
Orchards Kentucky Bourbon Marinade.
Add a little water to the skillet, and cook
chicken until tender. Add one package of frozen
vegetables to chicken and cook until done. Serve
with white rice. Serves 2-3. For more flavor, add
more marinade.
Chicken
In
a food storage bag, place 4 boneless, skinless
chicken breasts, 6-8 Tbs. Applecreek
Orchards Kentucky Bourbon Marinade.
Seal bag and turn chicken until coated in
marinade. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours,
longer if possible. Grill on outdoor grill or
broil indoors, 8-10 minutes on each side.
Roast Beef
Place
3-4 lb. Roast in roasting pan. Add water to
1/8" - 1/4" deep. Puncture meat all
over with fork. Pour Applecreek
Orchards Kentucky Bourbon Marinade
over the meat. Roast at 350 degrees for approximately 2
to 2 1/2 hours, basting with pan drippings often.
Be sure that the fluid level in the pan doesn't
get too low. Add water, if necessary. When meat
is done, remove from pan, and add cornstarch and
water mixture to pan drippings to make gravy.
Shrimp
Clean
and devein shrimp. Marinade for several hours in Applecreek
Orchards Kentucky Bourbon Marinade.
Put on skewers with green or red peppers,
mushrooms, onions, etc. Cook on grill. You may
also use cubed beef which has been prepared with
the marinade.
